Numerous bird species have been recorded at Pangot and its surrounding areas. Life in Pangot is so quiet and unhurried that the most exciting activity is a trip to the small, quaint village market. The tea stalls where villagers meet up is a good place to catch up with local life and spend hours doing nothing but being an observer of ‘life passing by'.

Cancellation Policy
Less than 15 days before the arrival date – no refund.
Less than 20 days before the arrival date – 60% refund.
Less than 25 days before the arrival date – 75% refund.
No refund in case of a roadblock, accident, no show etc.
50% of the total refundable amount (as per the above policy) will be released after cancellation and the balance of 50% will be adjusted into future bookings only.
Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
The resort has the right to revise/suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point in time.
